Kate’s love of Real Estate comes naturally to her. Her parents have owned a roofing company since before she was born, and that gave Kate an appreciation for home construction, design, and decorating. After studying for a career as a nurse and some traditional office/desk jobs, Kate realized that she had an entrepreneurial spirit. Real Estate gives her the opportunity to be her own boss, have a different experience every day, and interact with new people often.

Kate grew up in Harleysville and has lived at Gwynedd Mercy University, as well as in Ambler, Skippack, and Perkiomenville. She attributes her knowledge of the area to her multiple homes throughout Montgomery County. In her down time she enjoys spending time with family, working around the house, and hiking. Kate loves the rural nature that still exists here and the four distinct seasons that Pennsylvania offers.

Kate’s promise is to keep the process as fun and easy as possible. She is an expert at helping her clients navigate the sometimes daunting process of home buying. Her philosophy is that no question is too small, and no request too big.
